Reference to “Betika” “We” “our” or “us” is reference to Paladin and Associates Company Limited, Betika and or its successors in title and assigns.



Amendments to The Terms


    1. Betika reserves the right to update the Terms from time to time in order to address legal and regulatory changes, to incorporate changes in our business or the services offered, or to improve the clarity of the Terms.


    2. All changes will be published on the Website. The most-up-to-date Terms will be available on the Website. If you continue using the Services after the date on which the Terms come into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.


Account Registration


    1. To register an account with Betika, You must be at least 18 years old. Betika reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided.


    2. Where an underage user is discovered, Betika reserves the right to close the account indefinitely. ALL funds deposited in such account will be forfeited. Betika shall also report the incident to GBT or any other relevant authority and the player shall suffer the consequences of such reporting.

    3. As part of the registration process, You will be required to enter Your personal details which include mobile phone number.


    4. You may not access the Services by means of another person's account. Should You attempt to access the Service by means of another person’s account, We reserve the right to immediately close all Your accounts and bar You from future use of any of our Services.

    2. If there are sufficient funds in your accounts, all Bets will stand if your username and password have been entered correctly (whether or not authorized by you).

Dormant Accounts


    1. Your account shall be considered dormant where it has not had any activity for 6 months. Account activity is defined as the following:


      1. making a deposit

      2. withdraw or

      3. Placement of a bet.


    2. After the expiry of 6 months, Betika reserves the right to close Your account and thereafter either refund the balance to You or where applicable deal with it in the manner provided for in law less any costs accruing thereon


By Player



Prohibited Acts


    1. The following acts (“Prohibited Acts”) are expressly prohibited in relation to Your use of the Service and will constitute a material breach of the Terms:


      • 7.1.1. use of the service when under age

      • 7.1.2. fraud or attempt to defraud

      • 7.1.3. money laundering (including where this is linked to terrorist funding)

      • 7.1.4. involvement in collusion, match rigging, or cheating of any kind

      • 7.1.5. placing bets:

        • 7.1.5.1. which may breach the governing rules of the relevant sport or event in question

        • 7.1.5.2. which may jeopardize the integrity of the sport or event in question;

        • 7.1.5.3. on an event that has already occurred or there is a clear indication of the likely outcome

        • 7.1.5.4. on the basis of ‘inside information’ known to the customer and which is not in the public domain

      • 7.1.6. any other criminal activity

      • 7.1.7. bonus or promotional abuse


    2. Where We have reason to believe that You (or Your account) are connected to Prohibited Act(s), or otherwise We have reason to believe that You are in breach of the Terms of Your Agreement, We will have the right at our sole discretion in respect of any Betika account held by You to:


      • 7.2.1. refuse a bet or any part of a bet offered to us;

      • 7.2.2. void any accepted bets and withhold settlement (there may be other instances where we may void a bet as detailed under the specific sport/event in our rules, or otherwise as instructed by the appropriate regulator or authority);

      • 7.2.3. permanently close your account(s) and terminate this agreement;

      • 7.2.4. withhold all or part of your account balances or stakes (which will be deemed as forfeited by you);

      • 7.2.5. inform the applicable authorities and regulator, and supply the relevant customer information.


    3. We will not be liable for any loss or damage which you may incur as a result of any prohibited acts. you agree to cooperate in any investigation in respect of Prohibited Acts

      • 8.1. The terms of these promotional offers will be clearly stated for each individual promotion. It is Your responsibility to ensure that these terms are read and fulfilled by You in order to qualify for the respective bonus, credit or prize, and also to facilitate any subsequent redemption and/or withdrawal. Deposit,

Odd/Even Home.


If the number of goals scored by the home team during the entire match is going to be odd or even. If the home team does not score any goal the winning selection is even.


Odd/Even Away.


If the number of goals scored by the away team during the entire match is going to be odd or even. If the away team does not score any goal the winning selection is even.


Score/No Score.

If the selected team (home team or away team) will score any goal during the entire match.


1st HT Score/No Score.


If the selected team (home team or away team) will score any goal during the first half time of the match.

Number of Goals.


The exact number of goals that will be scored during the entire match.


Total Goals.


The number of goals that will be scored during the entire match choosing among the ranges offered. There are three possible outcomes: 0-1, 2-3, 4 or more.


1st HT Total Goals.


The number of goals that will be scored during the first half time of the match choosing among the alternatives offered.


2nd HT Total Goals.


The number of goals that will be scored during the second half time of the match choosing among the alternatives offered.


Total Goals Home.


The number of goals that will be scored by the home team during the whole match choosing among the alternatives offered.


Total Goals Away.


The number of goals that will be scored by the away team during the whole match choosing among the alternatives offered.


Correct Score.


The correct score of the entire match.

1st HT Correct Score.


The correct score of the first half time of the match.


2nd HT Correct Score.

Multi Goal


The number of goals scored during the match based on different ranges. There are 13 ranges, between 1 and 6 goals and a selection for 7 or more. In the event of no goal scored, all the bets will be lost.


Half Time / Full Time.


The outcome of the 1st half time of the match together with the outcome of the entire match.


HT More Goals.


In which half time will be scored more goals. There are three possible outcomes: 1 HT (during the first half time will be scored more goals), 2 HT (during the second half time will be scored more goals) and X HT (during the first and the second half time will be scored the same amount of goals).


Home Win to Nil.


Whether or not the home team will win conceding any goal to his opponent. There are two possible outcomes: Yes (the home team wins without conceding any goal) and No (the home team loses, draws and/or concedes at least one goal to its opponent).


Away Win to Nil.


Whether or not the away team will win conceding any goal to his opponent. There are two possible outcomes: Yes (the away team wins without conceding any goal) and No (the away team loses, draws and/or concedes at least one goal to its opponent).


Winning Margin Home.


The margin of victory of the home team choosing among the alternatives offered. The margin of victory is computed subtracting to the amount of goals scored by the home team the amount of goals scored by the away team.

Winning Margin Away.


The margin of victory of the away team choosing among the alternatives offered. The margin of victory is computed subtracting to the amount of goals scored by the away team the amount of goals scored by the home team.


Penalty Yes/No.


If at least one penalty will be assigned during the match. The outcome of this bet typology is based on the scheduled minutes of play plus injury time. Overtimes and penalty shoot outs will not affect the outcome of the bet.


Correct Score Corner.


The correct score of corner kicks performed during the match. Only corners performed during Regular Time will be considered valid. Any corners performed during Extra Time will not be considered valid.


Goal/No Goal (2 goals)


If both teams score at least two goals, the eventual outcome is GOAL. If at least one of the two teams does not score at least two goals, the outcome is NOGOAL.

Which team will kick off at the beginning of the match.


First Team to Score

Home Win Both Halves


If the home team wins both halves, the winning outcome is YES. In all other cases the winning outcome is NO NB: The two halves will be considered as independent between each other, for example at the end of the first half, the score is 2-0 and the

Away Win both Halves.

      3. Custom – a player has an option to customize how the stake amounts will behave on every single winning bet. He/she can choose to lower the stake for a certain percentage (-50%, for example, will decrease (halve) the stake amount on every winning bet) or to increase the stake for a certain percentage (100%, for example, will increase (double) the stake amount for every winning bet).

    5. On loss: This section is opposite from the previous one. It defines the behavior of auto-betting once a bet is lost.

  3. Take any further reasonable steps and actions deemed necessary by Betika to remedy the error, loss, or damages that Betika stands to suffer as a result of an error leading to an incorrectly accepted bet.

SOKA LOTTO (The ’Product ‘) Terms and conditions

  1. The first step in order to start betting manually is to enter the stake amount.

AVIATOR PROMOTION (the ‘Promotion’)


The Promotion shall run from the 24 July 2023 to 21 September 2023 (both days inclusive)


HOW IT WORKS


  1. Eligibility for the Promotion is open to customers who have an active Betika account, and place cash bets of at least TZS 2,000/- on the Aviator game on www.betika.co.tz

  2. Free bets and non-cash bonuses will not qualify for this Promotion.

  3. Customers who qualify for the weekly and monthly prizes (draws) must place bets with a minimum stake of TZS 2,000/- and a minimum multiplier of 2.5 for won bets (“Qualifying Bet”).

  4. A minimum of 30 rounds is needed to qualify.

  5. The customers will upon placing their cash bets, stand a chance of winning one out of the three prize categories offered (“Prize Categories”):

The Campaign shall run from the 02nd of October 2023 to 31st of October 2023 unless it is otherwise cancelled or extended by us.


HOW IT WORKS


Eligibility for the Campaign is open to customers who have an active Betika account and place a cash bet of minimum TZS 2,000/- and at least 3 selections per bet with minimum combined odds of 2.5

The Campaign is available on all Betika channels, SMS, USSD, and all online channels.

The Campaign includes both pre-match and live bets.


TERMS OF USE
